Quick Update

This won't be long since it is so late...
Day 1 of homeschooling was awesome! We all got through our new morning routines before school. We settled down and all did school together. Had lunch with daddy. Finished up school. And had a quiet time where I got to get started on my friend Brandi's baby gift. Everything flowed beautifully and we got it all done! Hurray for success on day 1. My thought at the end of the day, "why would anyone NOT do this!? (if they are able)"
Day 2 was slightly different. Morning routine was a little off course. Settling down to work was harder. Almost missed our lunch date with Ms. Karla and Ms. Kim. Had a nice long break for lunch at Cheddar's. Got home and got back to work quite a bit better. Had a nice quiet time where I took a two hour nap (hence still being awake at 1:30 in the morning). With a closing thought for the day of, "even a not so perfect day makes me wonder why anyone would NOT do this?!". This is awesome!!

The next couple weeks may change my attitude but honestly, this is one of the best kept secrets of motherhood! Da-da-da-da-da, I'm lovin' it!
