Lovin It

Homeschooling is it's own world. And I LOVE it! I wish more people could understand this and could open their minds to taking the chance and enjoying it. It is SOOOO freeing. And I'm able to teach so much more about daily things. We haven't yet had a truly awful day yet. I'm sure it is coming. We have had truly great days. It seems, just like me, the day itself fluctuates. We have bad mornings and good afternoons or good mornings and bad afternoons, usually the later. We can make up our schedule on the fly or really get down and plan the day. If something isn't working, change it. If something is working great, focus on that. If we need a break, take one. If we need to take a day off for appointments or helping others, pick back up the next day. Wanna go to Walmart...go. Wanna reward a good morning with recess away from home...go. I love it! Decide you'd like nothing better than to jump up and do the hokey pokey....go for it! I'm loving this homeschool thing! Even the rough days are not going to be enough to override this free feeling.
